Black Friday

So They shop right?
they…they bo shop right you save.
Do right to save black souls.

The Day so dark. Labelled Black Friday. The fry them.
Lynch them
After the spy on them.
Their loved one’s cry for them.

They sold you for free.
Your life depends on it.
To stand in long lines of consumers consuming consumption named by the skin colour that will fall for that trick without question.
Price tags that tags you priceless.
Priced less than worthless.
True-worths have been wooled with meaninglessness
but we still buy into it
with the penny deepest in our pockets
even our pinkies can’t promise to reach for it.
But we teach our flexy fingers instead of food for thought.
It’s matter over mind
money over matter.
You do the mathemagics better.
Which fees must fall?
Is it worth our little change
and little brains we spare for change
to revolve to revolt?
The rot lot look and laugh.
Lunching a lynchin system that you run to…
buy into your own turn.
Standing in long lines of long ropes
to place around your own wringed necks
wrong turns.
Of celebrating ancestral ceremonies
spending money as you shop right
do remember
that it was your ancestors being laced
for you to rush with such pace
just to pick and pay
the price of their death
is now in your hands
digging…
